Wake-up Yoga on the Dock
July 23-27, 2017 7am
Instructor Allie: Middleton
Allie will lead participants through gentle yoga on our large dock on beautiful Lake George. All levels are welcome to attend. Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please call in advance if you are unsure. Some mats and blocks are available, but you are encouraged to bring your own. Reservations are not required but recommended, as class size is limited. To sign-up, please call 518-668-9690 or register at the front desk.

Cost:  Yoga Classes are $10. (Free for overnight guests and Platinum Pass holders) Purchase a Day Pass for $15 and enjoy Wiawaka all day long, yoga is included!


Belly Dance 
Mondays 7-8pm (June 25 – August 29)
Instructor: Lisa Bohannon

Belly dance is a fun way to exercise your core. Lisa Bohannon will lead participants in this great workout.  All levels are welcome to attend. Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Yoga & Nutrition 
Wednesdays in August 10am-12pm
Instructor: Stacey Morris
Stacey Morris is a self-described Recovering American who had struggled with weight and self-esteem issues for most of her life. Raised in the 70’s
during the dawning of processed food, her weight continued a steady climb  before reaching an all-time high of 345 pounds in 2009. After decades of
dieting attempts, Stacey got rid of the weight through clean eating and DDPYOGA, a variety of yoga which incorporates muscle toning and cardio.
Sacred Self Yoga combines the DDPYOGA Level 1 workout with elements of Stacey’s wellness philosophy of self-acceptance, body awareness, and creating healthy techniques to deal with stress and other challenges life can
throw at us.

Stacey will also briefly address nutritional elements following the class as

Chair Yoga
August 1 & 3, 7pm
Instructor: Sharon Gavitt
A gentle chair yoga approach with modifications to fit individual needs. Poses may include lymphatic yoga, Chinese tapping movement, some balancing and meditation. Chair Yoga promotes better breathing, digestion, flexibility, stress relief, and helps relieve arthritis. Let Your Yoga Dance
August 4, 2018 7pm

In Let Your Yoga Dance we combine gentle yoga and user friendly dance with music from around the world. Everyone is welcome! Great for all ages, bodies, and abilities. No yoga or dance experience necessary. Chairs are provided for those who want to move from a seated position or take a break. Let Your Yoga Dance is where fun and joy meet deep and sacred. Come join us for some fun, and let your imagination go wild as we awaken our seven energy centers (chakras).
