Eden Energy Medicine with Ellen
Tuesdays and Saturdays
Eden Energy Medicine is a powerful way of working with your body’s electrical, electromagnetic, and other, more subtle energetic patterns by accessing 8 systems, the best known being the chakras, (spinning energies at major nerve & hormonal centers), the meridians (energy rivers, accessed in acupuncture) & the aura (or biofield, in physics terms). Gentle touch connecting points across the body and work in the body’s energy field unclogs blockages and reinforces optimal energetic patterns so that the body can heal itself.

Ellen O’Connell took informal Energy Medicine classes for 5 years before earning a scholarship to Donna Eden’s 2 year Energy Medicine Certification Program, graduating in February 2011. She integrates the vibrations of flower essences, crystals and healing sound into her sessions as appropriate, to amplify and stabilize your inherent radiance with every available frequency. Ellen practices at The Garden, 434 Church St., Saratoga Springs.

Restorative Therapeutic Yoga
Wednesdays with Andrea
Restorative Yoga is a quieting supportive and deeply nourishing practice, Yin in quality requiring no muscular effort, where with the help of props and guidance you practice releasing the inner grip of the muscular, emotional and energetic bodies.

When practiced regularly Restorative poses lead to overall improved health. Restorative can have a great therapeutic impact during times of low energy, injury, grief and various other stresses. They help create a healing environment in the body by balancing the nervous system and allowing optimal energy flow, restoring us at a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level.

Andrea Gray is a Certified Restorative Therapeutic Yoga instructor, studying under Jillian Pransky. She brings a heart centered approach to Restorative, providing individual attention to her clients while keeping their highest good in mind. During her sessions she uses gentle meditative queuing, offers therapeutic grade essential oils and tuning forks. Sessions are an hour or more in length.

Andrea has a private practice locally where she also offers Healing Touch, Cherokee Bodywork and Healing Touch for Animals® .
